We are an innovative luggage storage service.

Our network includes official storage areas at all major Italian railway stations as well as at a number of local businesses that provide their own space to accommodate travellers' luggage.

We also offer a network of in-town luggage storage service areas, and a personalised service of baggage pickup and delivery, directly to the platform.

We are an online platform available in web and app versions.

Search for the storage in the city you are interested in. Select an official KiPoint, the official station storage area, and the one closest to your platform, or one of the City Partners, guaranteed and present throughout the metropolitan area.

Choose the number of pieces of luggage and the time at which you need the storage and pickup. Proceed to confirm the order and purchase the service, then go to your chosen partner with your ID and the reservation code you will receive once you complete the reservation.

The Partner will give you a ticket that you must show when picking up your luggage.

We are not allowed to store items that are prohibited or considered dangerous by law or whose packaging may be harmful to people, the environment or other luggage.

Kibag also does not accept items such as plants and animals; money (cash, credit cards, and traveller's checks); pornographic materials; weapons or firearms; software containing high-value information; technological materials (iPhones, iPads, Tablets, PCs, smartphones); garbage; hazardous materials; drugs or psychotropic substances; artwork; antiques; metal (gold and silver in any form) or precious stones.


To ensure the privacy and security of our partners, they cannot be contacted directly on our website.

You will receive detailed information about your partner's address and name once you make your reservation. You can ask your partner in person for any information you think would be helpful when you store or pick up your luggage.

Our network includes official KiPoint Storage Areas in major Italian stations, which have years of experience in the field, along with a number of local businesses, which must necessarily meet Kibag standards in order to be certified.

You can find our official Storage inside railway stations in Rome, Milan, Venice, Florence, Naples, Verona, Bologna, Turin, Genoa, Bari, and Palermo.

Local businesses create a widespread network all throughout Italy.


No. Online booking is required in order to deposit your luggage with one of our Partners.

The times are not binding if you have chosen the storage service, but remember that if you deliver your luggage on a different day than the one you booked, it will be considered a new reservation and you will pay the relevant fee. The times are binding if you have chosen the transfer service. In this case, adherence to schedules is critical to providing an efficient delivery service.

If you have booked but can no longer deliver your luggage, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours before the selected delivery time to cancel your reservation and receive a refund. Remember that the 24-hour rule is binding to get a full refund of your reservation.

If you cannot pick up your luggage, please contact our Customer Service for assistance. A few hours before the Partner closes, you will receive an email containing a link that will give you the opportunity to extend your reservation for one day by paying the standard storage rate. If you are still unable to pick up your luggage, contact our customer service department, who will proceed to ship it to the address you indicate.

If you have deposited your luggage but can no longer pick it up, please contact our Customer Service to arrange the return of your luggage.

To change the number of pieces of luggage, please contact our Customer Service; your reservation will be cancelled and you will receive a refund. You can then make a new reservation with the correct number of bags.

Unfortunately, for security reasons, only the person who made the reservation can deposit/pick up their luggage.


The fees are €6 per day per bag if you choose a Traditional Luggage Storage and  €10 per day per bag if you choose an Official Kipoint Baggage Storage

Payment must be made at the time of booking and exclusively through the Kibag website, by Credit Card or PayPal. Cash payment is not allowed.


Yes, you can store as much luggage as you want.

Each piece of luggage will be charged the same base rate; you will view the total booking amount before proceeding with payment.

In case you need to add more bags, the fastest solution is to make another reservation in addition to the one you have already made.

However, if you have entered more luggage than you actually have, please contact Customer Service.

You will be able to view your Keeper's full name and address information in the "Your Reservations" section once you have completed your service purchase.

Your luggage will be kept in a dedicated space within the premises of our City Partners or within the Keeper Station if you choose to leave it at the station.

Yes. We have been taking care of travellers' luggage for years, by managing storage facilities inside Italy's largest railway stations. Our Partners have been selected by our team within strict guidelines in terms of efficiency and safety, to provide you with the best travel experience. Partners are then reviewed directly by users, based on their experiences. We manage our network to maintain a high quality standard of service at all times. Also included in the price of the service is insurance that covers up to €500 for each piece of luggage you deposit with us.
